Credit Card / Voucher Presentation

Clients must present the original credit card used at the time of booking along with a valid government-issued ID to the chauffeur before the start of the service.

Wait Time Policy

• 15 minutes complimentary wait time for standard pickups.

• 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.

• 45 minutes for international arrivals.

Hourly Reservations

Hourly services are billed based on the reserved duration. Additional usage beyond the scheduled time will be charged in increments.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. The amount and refund eligibility depend on the service type and cancellation timing.

Change Policy

Any changes to bookings must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges.

Rates & Billing

All services are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking, waiting time, and gratuity. Final billing will reflect all additional charges where applicable.

International & Special Bookings

Special bookings such as international trips, weddings, and events may have different cancellation and booking requirements. Please confirm details at the time of reservation.
