Luxor Limousine requires that all users of their website and services adhere to the following rules and regulations. By accessing the site, making a reservation, or using the service(s), users acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions.

Credit Card/Voucher Presentation to Chauffeur:

Clients must present their chauffeur with the actual physical credit card provided at the time of booking/payment along with a valid government ID.

Wait Time for (Point-to-Point Transfers):

Fifteen fifteen-minute grace period is provided at pick-up before waiting time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle, which is billed in fifteen-minute increments once the minimum time limit is passed.

Wait Time for (Airport Arrival Transfers):

Up to 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals (up to 45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) on each Airport Arrival Transfer is provided. If clients do not meet their chauffeur or call within 30 minutes of the plane landing, they will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged in full for the reservation.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums:

Hourly orders are billed according to the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for and then in fifteen-minute increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours that will be accepted for an order, not what the client will be billed for.

Deposit Policy:

A deposit of 25% of the total initial price is required to hold the vehicle. All deposits are only refundable if the client cancels within the given time frame. The balance in full will be due should clients fail to cancel by the given time frame or are considered a “No-Show” at pick-up time.

Change Policy:

A change fee of $25 may apply if the client makes a change for less than 4 hours. All changes are subject to availability and must be received by phone. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, clients will be charged in full for the order.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If clients cancel by the given time frames, the balance is waived. If they fail to cancel by the given time frame, they will be charged in full for the order.

Rates & Billing:

All rates are subject to audit after order completion, including actual road tolls, parking fees, airport fees, additional stops, wait time, etc. Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for and then in fifteen-minute increments thereafter. All rates are billed, including applicable fees/taxes and a 20% gratuity.

International Reservations:

All changes and cancellations for International Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the pickup time. Round-trip orders must be canceled as two separate orders.

Point-to-Point Transfers and Airport Transfers:

All changes and cancellations for point-to-point and Airport Transfers must be made at least 12 hours prior to pick-up time. Round-trip orders must be canceled as two separate orders.

Weddings & Grad Packages:

All changes and cancellations for Weddings and grad Packages must be made at least one week prior to pick-up time.

Hourly Charters, Specials & Tours:

All changes and cancellations for Hourly Charters, Specials, and tours must be made at least 72 hours prior to pick-up time. Changes to standard hourly reservations are NOT permitted once an order is confirmed.
